Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy involves the careful choice and consideration of essential oils for each individual. This treatment brings about a sense of well-being, strengthens the immune system, cleanses the body of the build up of toxins, improves muscle tone, helps balance hormones and reduces tension and stress.

Lavender

Heals wounds, burns, insect bites, head aches and insomnia, a good all-rounder.

Tea tree

Anti-septic, anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal. Good for all sorts of infections, acne and candida albicans.

Peppermint

Good for indigestion, nausea, shock, fever, head-aches and irritable bowel syndrome.

Camomile

Soothing, anti-inflammatory, chilblains, hay-fever, nervous and depressive states.

Eucalyptus

Good for respiratory problems such as inhalation, asthma, bronchitis, coughs and colds.

Geranimum

Balances the hormones, good for P.M.S, menopause and dry or greasy skin.

Rosemary

Physical and mental stimulant. Good for muscular conditions, arthritis, rheumatism, tiredness and lethargy.

Thyme

Powerful anti-viral oil. Good for sore throats, respiratory infections. Use as a room diffuser for flu.

Lemon

Good for tension head aches, veruccas, dispersal of cellulite, stops bleeding, gout and arthritis.

Cloves

Good for toothache, digestive and muscular disorders.
